3D House Planner

3D House Planner is a browser-based application for creating architectural models. The software can generate a 3D floor plan from an imported 2D floor plan image using an AI function. It supports the import of 3D models in GLB, GLTF, OBJ, and Babylon formats. Users can construct building elements including walls, floors, and roofs for designs of up to 50 stories. The system includes a texture library and applies materials using Physically Based Rendering (PBR). Projects are saved by exporting the 3D model directly to a user's device.
